Designed for the memories you’ll still be talking about next summer.
It starts with a text
“Let’s do something.”
That group chat energy.
A crew that wants to be together.
Then come the logistics—dates, headcounts, who’s bringing what. Then the question that always follows: where do we stay that actually works for all of us?
That’s the question these homes were built to answer.
There’s space to gather and space to wander, with just enough ease to let the good stuff happen.
“We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen, my nephews were jumping in the lake and then running to the hot tub… we came for the view—but honestly, we barely left the house.”
— Guest at Lake Winni Landing
Why water?
Because it brings people together.
Because it shifts the energy the moment you arrive.
Because there’s something about being near water that inspires us to slow down.
That’s what drew our founder to each of these places.
He chose them by asking himself: Would I bring my own family and friends here? Would my kids love it? Could we actually feel at home?
If the answer wasn’t yes, it didn’t make the cut.
The goal was to design the kind of places that make the trip worth planning.
